Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Invoicing Clerk responsible for preparing accurate invoices, maintaining billing records, and supporting the Finance and Accounting teams to ensure timely and efficient billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner
- Verify sales orders and supporting documents before billing
- Maintain and update customer billing records
- Coordinate with Sales regarding billing concerns or discrepancies
- Assist in monitoring outstanding invoices and payment follow-ups
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience as an Invoice Clerk or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Working knowledge of accounting software
- Sales-oriented, flexible, and highly motivated individual
