Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Assistants to support healthcare accounts in a BPO setting. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about healthcare services and customer support. You will assist patients, healthcare providers, and insurance partners by handling inquiries, verifying information, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Open to Fresh Graduates
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology is a plus
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
• Computer-literate and able to navigate multiple systems

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare accounts
• Assist with appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and insurance verification
• Accurately update patient records and documentation
• Provide clear and professional assistance to patients and healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and data privacy regulations
• Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and attendance
