Purchasing Staff, Quezon City

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and identify potential suppliers for the company's needs

- Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stocks

- Coordinate with various departments to determine their purchasing needs and requirements

- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services

- Maintain accurate records of purchases and contracts

- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to purchasing

- Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement

- Stay updated on industry trends and new products to ensure the company is getting the best value for its purchases

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations in all purchasing activities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
