Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

At least 2-5 years of experience as a company nurse.

Experience working in a Manufacturing company is an advantage.

Amendable to attend face to face interview.

Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement wellness programs, conduct health education, assess workplace hazards, and support safety policies.

Administer first aid, manage minor ailments, dispense OTC meds, provide health screenings, and coordinate referrals for serious conditions.

Maintain accurate, confidential employee medical records and assist with workers' comp/leave documentation.

Manage clinic supplies, process insurance claims, report to management, and coordinate with HR/physicians.

Handle emergencies, provide immediate treatment, and coordinate transport to hospitals.
