Position: Occupational Health Nurse (Registered Nurse)

Industry: Manufacturing Company

Location: E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave, Quezon City

Salary: Php25,000 Php30,000

Schedule: Monday Friday (8:00AM 5:00PM)

Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse
• At least 2-5 years of experience as a Company Nurse or Site Nurse
• Certified and knowledgeable in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid.
• Amenable to start work immediately.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage employee health concerns and determine the need for medical referral.
• Monitor employees on extended sick leave or hospitalization and ensure appropriate follow-up care.
• Coordinate medical benefits, including HMO and government health claims.
• Maintain accurate clinic, medication, and HMO utilization reports.
• Conduct routine health assessments, including vital signs and basic physical examinations.
