Membership Advisor, Quezon City

Job Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by actively engaging prospects and converting inquiries into sign-ups
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics (MPC)
• Promote membership packages, add-ons, and club services to maximize revenue
• Confidently present membership benefits, pricing, and promotions to prospective members
• Use approved marketing tools and promotions to close sales effectively
• Build strong relationships to increase referrals, renewals, and member retention
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of all membership products, pricing, and club services
• Ensure smooth front desk operations by welcoming and assisting members and guests
• Complete all sales contracts, reports, and documentation accurately and on time
• Perform all sales activities with professionalism, transparency, and ethical standards

Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer service experience (fitness or lifestyle sales is an advantage)
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends
