Location: Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City

Work setup & shift: Onsite | Day shift

Salary: 120,000 - 150,000

Note: Candidate is willing to fly to Australia from time-to-time to get hands-on with the client. (Candidate has a passport on hand)

Description

Your Role: As the Head of Facilities Maintenance, you will support the needs of the retail group and service station operators across Australia, liaising closely with Retail Operations to ensure optimum facilities management services are delivered across the national retail network.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement and continuously improve a facility management service which will include; ad hoc maintenance, proactive and preventative maintenance and capital works across a national network of retail service stations and other UP assets including fuel systems.
  • Manage services providers and contractors to ensure business continuity with minimal disruption to the retail network.
  • Coordinate Fuel system and Signage/Branding maintenance.
  • Developing and proposing planned maintenance programs that will deliver a commercial and/or operational benefit to the business.
  • Budget planning, analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain positive contractor relationships through various communication channels.
  • Maintain and manage the CMMS systems ensuring all assets are accounted for and work orders processed according to team KPI's.
  • Ensure the delivery of on-site services are performed to OH&SE guidelines.
  • Promote department as first point of contact regarding maintenance issues and solutions.
  • Liaising with internal Property, Real Estate, Construction, Signage and Repairs and Maintenance staff.
  • Provide process and cost efficiencies.
  • Innovation and lateral thinking in delivering technical solutions.
  • Work closely with the Retail Operations Group to improve services and processes in order to meet business requirements.
  • Timely rectification of works.
  • Proactive management of sub-contractors and third parties.
  • Proactively reviewing and monitoring all work orders.


Requirements

Non-negotiables

  • 10 years+ of Facilities Maintenance experiencepreferably within a national retail environment.
  • Relevant multi-site experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) type environment.
  • Previous experience leading a facilities team of 8+ team members.
  • Continuous improvement focused Trade background with engineering.
  • Oversee a large store count of sites, and large Work Order volume management.
  • Extensive Team Management experience in Facilities Maintenance / Repairs and Maintenance environment. Experience with general R&M / reactive maintenance.
  • Vendor and Contract Management understand, oversee, and direct engagements with TP contractors.
  • Strong computer skillsMS Office, email, and experience with CMMS (Required).
  • Design, implement, manage, and report on KPIs.

Preferred Skills / Expertise

  • Ability to interpret pricing and quotations.
  • Demonstrated team improvement capability.
  • Previous exposure to the Petroleum and/or convenience retail industries.
  • Competence in reading building plans.
  • Technical knowledge of building and service station operations.
