Tax and Compliance Officer, Quezon City

Accounting Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and complete accounting records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards

- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and schedules for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing

- Monitor and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions

- Prepare internal financial reports to support management decision-making

- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record retention of financial transactions

Tax and Compliance Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation, review, and timely filing of tax returns and statutory reports

2. Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and other government requirements

3. Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax consultants on compliance matters

4. Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on company operations

5. Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and explanations
