Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor loan schedules and payments
- Create payment transactions using online banking
- Assist in payroll systems, deductions, taxes, and benefits
- Assist in managing financial records in compliance
- Review incoming and outgoing invoices
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Handle petty cash disbursement
- Encode receipts
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounting Staff or in a similar accounting role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with Bizlink is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Good critical reasoning abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective time management
- Strong decision-making abilities
