Automotive Electrician, Quezon City

Description

Inspect, and maintain card, trucks and other vehicles.
Identify electrical problems.
Test parts and systems to ensure that they are working properly.
Follow checklists to ensure that all critical parts are examined.
Disassemble and reassemble parts if necessary.
Use testing equipment to ensure that repairs and maintenance are effective.
Explain all electrical repairs done on units to properly document handling.
Install electrical equipment and accessories (e.g. gauges, lights, wirings, alternators, starters, radios, etc.) in motor vehicles and related equipment
Convert/revise harness wires from right-hand drive to meet left-hand drive specifications
Diagnose and repair faults on electronically controlled vehicle systems
Test installed and repaired parts and equipment
Coordinate with the manager for parts or tools that may be needed
Perform related tasks from time to time

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Automotive Technology/Electrical Technology
3-5 years in automotive electrical systems repair or mainteanace.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Team player with good communication and customer service skills.
