OB DESCRIPTION

  • Record hours: Keep track of the hours worked by each employee, including field engineers, workers, and operators 
  • Collect data: Gather data about workers and enter it into a spreadsheet 
  • Pass data to accounting: Provide the accounting department with data to assess if the project can be completed on time and within budget 
  • Review timecards: Ensure that timecards are accurate and complete, and work with employees to resolve errors 
  • Approve timecards: Approve timecards by the supervisor approval deadline 
  • Prepare payroll reports: Prepare and submit payroll-related reports on time 
  • Maintain employee files: Keep and update employee files 
  • Check uniforms and PPE: Ensure that employees are wearing the correct uniform and PPE 
  • Should have strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Should also be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel


QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least college level in Business Management or any related field
  • Familiarity with timekeeping
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Keen to details
  • Computer literacy (MS Office Applications)
