JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff
- Manage and organize office files, records, and documents (both physical and digital)
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other documents as required
- Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and equipment; place orders when needed
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agendas and minutes
- Support HR or accounting tasks such as filing, data entry, and employee records
