Position: Purchasing Coordinator

Industry: Home Appliances Distributor Company

Location: Morato, Quezon City

Salary: Php20,000 Php25,000

Schedule: Monday Friday (Dayshift)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree Holder
• At least 1 year of work experience as Purchasing Staff
• Experience working in the same industry is advantage
• Willing to work fully on site
• Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Process purchasing requisitions and prepare purchase orders in accordance with company policies and approval workflows
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable service, quality, and competitive pricing
• Source and procure goods by evaluating vendor options, requesting quotations, and researching potential suppliers
• Coordinate closely with suppliers regarding order placement, delivery schedules, and order status to ensure timely fulfillment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records, reports, and documentation within procurement and inventory systems
