Document & Compliance Processing
- Permit & Licensing: Manage the submission and renewal of official documents, licenses, and permits with regulatory bodies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain a meticulous filing system of all outgoing and incoming official correspondence.
- Reporting: Prepare summaries, status reports, and briefings for management regarding the progress of external transactions.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and site visits between different stakeholders.
- Assist in processing invoices
