Repair and Maintenance Assistant (Roving), Quezon City

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assists repair & maintenance team in ensuring that facilities are safe, clean, orderly, and functional
• Cleaning of aircon units and cooling equipment.
• Perform minor repair works, which includes repairing of cabinets, doors, furniture and fixtures.
• Knowledgeable on carpentry works & basic plumbing tasks , which includes de-clogging & leaks repair.
• Inspecting control panels and electrical wiring to detect any issues that require immediate action.
• Conducts inventory of maintenance supplies.
• Ensures that all maintenance equipment is in good working conditions.
• Other tasks that may be allocated from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With at least one (1) year work related experience preferably as building maintenance.
• At least High school graduate or holder of a vocational certificate in building maintenance, electrical technology, or similar field.
• Amenable to travel to different store branches (QC and Manila only) for repair and maintenance
• Has basic knowledge in construction works, repair and maintenance.
• Must be willing to work 6 days a week with 1 day off
• Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule (morning, night, graveyard shift)
• Can render overtime if needed (with pay)

• Head Office (employee will be stationed in the head office if there is no schedule in stores)
