Description

We are looking for a dedicated HR & Workforce Management Trainer to support our Human Capital Management and Workforce Software projects. The role involves delivering pre-process and process training to new hires, evaluating performance, and ensuring training effectiveness. The ideal candidate will coach, assess, and guide associates while maintaining training documentation and reports.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver and facilitate pre-process and process training sessions for new hires.
  • Evaluate trainees competencies and conduct pre-and post-assessments.
  • Maintain training records, reports, and trackers.
  • Coach and counsel associates on performance and process adherence.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and recursive training based on operational requirements.
  • Assist in creating training modules and curriculum.
  • Support audits to ensure training effectiveness and compliance with process guidelines.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Experience in HR software, workforce management, or related domains.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to assess performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Familiarity with training evaluation, audits, and process requirements.
