Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
Analytics and Reporting: Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and recommend optimizations.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, product development, and design to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Customer Engagement: Foster positive relationships with customers through effective communication and engagement initiatives. Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
Updates directory of franchise in case of changes and POCs of franchisee for ordering
Assist in creating weekly reports of who availed the franchise and how much is the investment.
Assist franchisee in securing accurate documents for the franchising.
Franchise Documentation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of franchise documentation, agreements, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with franchise regulations and legal requirements.
Franchise Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new franchisees, including providing training materials, facilitating orientation sessions, and assisting with setup and implementation of franchise systems.
Operational Support: Provide operational support to franchisees, including assisting with inventory management and assisting during onsite trainings.
