We are hiring an experienced IT Service Desk professional to provide technical support for an international account. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and Microsoft-related issues while delivering excellent customer support.


salary: Up to 40k + 20% Night Pay | HMO on Day 1 + 1 Free Dependent


location: Eton Centris QC


shift: 24x7 shifting schedule


qualifications:

Experience & Background

Minimum 3 years of total ITSD experience (must be from an international account)

Strong communication skills good to excellent English proficiency


Educational Background

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

Senior High School Graduate

Associate Graduate (2 years)

College Graduate must be able to present a diploma


Required Technical Skills

Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) and Active Directory (AD)

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams

Skilled in software and hardware troubleshooting

Knowledgeable in MS365, VPN, and Citrix

Experience in handling Microsoft-related issues
