IT ServiceDesk (Nihongo/Japanese)

Responsibilities:

• Agent acts as the first point of contact, providing Level 1 technical support via phone, email, or chat to Japanese-speaking users.
• Key responsibilities include troubleshooting software/hardware issues, managing user accounts, ticketing, and escalating complex problems while ensuring high-quality customer service in Japanese (N1/N2 level) and English

Experience & Background:

• Minimum 12 years IT Service Desk experience (international account)
• Strong communication skills (good to excellent English)

Educational Background:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
• Senior High School Graduate
• Associate Graduate (2 years)
• College Graduate (must present diploma)

Required Technical Skills:

• ServiceNow (SNOW) & Active Directory (AD)
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams
• Software & hardware troubleshooting
• MS365, VPN, Citrix
• Microsoft-related issue handling
• Reporting tools knowledge

Additional Requirement:

• N1 or N2 Certificate (Nihongo)
