Trainer, Quezon City

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City | Onsite

Salary: Up to 40,000 (Package)

The Trainer will be responsible for delivering effective training programs and onboarding sessions for employees, ensuring they acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles efficiently. This role focuses on fostering learning, enhancing employee performance, and supporting the organizations human capital management (HCM) initiatives.

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for employees
• Develop training materials, presentations, and manuals aligned with HCM practices
• Monitor and evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs
• Maintain records of training attendance, progress, and outcomes
• Support the implementation of HCM systems and processes within the organization
• Continuously update training content based on company policies, system updates, and industry best practices

• Bachelors Degree (any related field)
• At least 1 year of working experience in training or related roles
• Strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) required
• Willing to work onsite at Eastwood, Quezon City
