Job Descriotion:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules
• Ensure purchased items meet quality and company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment needs
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
• Analyze costs and recommend cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate with warehouse, accounting, and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Knowledge of inventory and cost control
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic purchasing systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
