Asset Coordinator, Quezon City

The Asset Coordinator will support the effective management, tracking, and coordination of company assets within the renewable energy sector. This role ensures accurate asset records, smooth coordination with internal teams and third-party contractors, and compliance with operational and administrative requirements.

• Maintain and update asset registers, documentation, and records related to renewable energy projects
• Coordinate asset deployment, transfers, maintenance schedules, and returns
• Liaise with third-party contractors and vendors to ensure timely servicing, repairs, and compliance with contractual requirements
• Monitor asset utilization, condition, and availability to support operational efficiency
• Prepare reports, trackers, and administrative documentation for asset performance and inventory status
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
• Support audits, inspections, and asset reconciliation activities
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and procurement teams to resolve asset-related concerns

• Proven experience in an administrative or asset coordination role within the renewable energy industry
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is preferred
• Strong ability to manage and coordinate third-p
• Ability to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
