Procurement Officer, Quezon City

The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing the companys materials, supplies, and services. This role ensures that procurement activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers and vendors
• Prepare and process purchase requests, purchase orders, and related procurement documents
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials, equipment, and services
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing
• Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
• At least 12 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
