Description

HR Compensation & Benefits Assistant

Oversees the administration of employee benefits including monthly mandatory contributions to government institutions such as SSS, PagIbig and Philhealth;

Ensuring accurate and updated details and policies concerning benefits of the employees such as contributions, loan payments, and insurances;

Communicates with insurance providers and government agencies concerning necessary process and procedures to ensure timely, accurate and updated service;

Coordinates with Payroll Department concerning benefits and loan payments of the payment;

Maintain accurate records of employees benefits including enrollment, confirmation, changes and utilization;

Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding benefits and providing guidance and resolving issues;

Any task or instruction being given or may be given from time to time by the management;


Qualifications:

College Graduate

Preferably with at least 6 months experience in CompBen

Proficient in MS Office, Words, Excel

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Willing to be assigned in Project 6, Quezon City
