HR/Admin Officer, Quezon City

HR and Admin Officer supports daily HR & administrative functions, handling employee records, recruitment support, payroll data, benefits admin, policy implementation, and office management, acting as a first point of contact for employees and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key duties include managing onboarding, maintaining databases, coordinating interviews, overseeing supplies, and assisting with reporting and internal communications.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, prepare new hire paperwork, and conduct orientations.
• Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee data, personnel files, and HR databases.
• Payroll & Benefits: Gather data for payroll, assist with processing, and help manage employee benefits.
• Policy & Compliance: Support implementation of HR policies, ensure adherence to labor laws, and update procedures.
• Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, coordinate maintenance, handle internal communications, and assist with travel arrangements.
• Employee Support: Address employee inquiries, manage leave requests, and provide general HR support.
• Reporting: Prepare HR-related reports and presentations.
