Description

Campaign & Promotion Management: Develop, plan, and execute both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Product Launch Coordination: Oversee the launch of new appliances, including preparing product literature, updating sales sheets, and ensuring all materials are approved.
Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage social media accounts, create content, and run online marketing campaigns to engage with consumers.
Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising: Organize in-store displays, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, and showroom layouts to attract customers.
Market Research & Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and consumer trends to identify opportunities.
Sales Support & Reporting: Work with the sales team to set targets, analyze product performance, and monitor inventory levels.
Administrative Tasks: Handle marketing expenses, vendor negotiations, and documentation

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in marketing, with previous experience in the home appliance or consumer electronics industry being a significant advantage.
Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media platforms and content creation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
