The Franchise Officer is responsible for supporting franchise operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and facilitating smooth communication between the company and franchise partners. This role focuses on franchise onboarding, operational support, monitoring performance, and assisting in marketing and promotional activities to drive franchise growth.

Job Description:

• Assist in the onboarding of new franchise partners, including pre-opening, opening, and post-opening support.
• Monitor franchise compliance with company policies, operational standards, and performance metrics.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the company and franchisees for operational issues and support.
• Coordinate with Marketing on franchise promotions, events, and campaigns.
• Track franchise performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Facilitate training sessions for franchise staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of franchise operations, agreements, and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• Experience in franchise operations, retail, or business support roles preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple franchise accounts, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with franchise operations, reporting, and compliance procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
