Fashion Designer

We are an established fashion company in the Philippines market. Known for our strong presence in the ready-to-wear space, we are reinventing and refreshing our womens collections to meet the style and comfort demands of todays customer. Were looking for a Fashion Designer who can bring fresh creativity and technical expertise to help shape this next chapter.

Job description:

Responsibilities

Research fashion trends, fabrics, and silhouettes relevant to the Philippine market.

Create seasonal collections aligned with the brand's vision and target customers.

Develop sketches, mood boards and production programs.

Work closely with the merchandiser and sourcing team to ensure designs meet cost and margin requirements.

Oversee sample development, fi ttings, and revisions until approval.

Prepare detailed technical packs for production (construction details, measurements, fabric/trim specs).

Ensure designs are commercially viable, on-trend, and produced on time. Qualifi cations

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Clothing Technology, or related fi eld.

At least 2 years of experience in women's RTW design (underwear/fashion retail background is a plus).

Strong sketching and digital design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Corel).

Knowledge of pattern-making and garment construction.

Ability to balance creativity with commercial needs

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Portfolio required (sketches, past collections, technical packs, fi nished garments). What We Offer
