Junior Accounting Manager (Quezon City)

URGENT HIRING: JR ACCOUNTING MANAGER (CPA)

LOCATION: QUEZON CITY

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely records of all financial transactions and update the companys books of accounts
• Prepare and monitor financial documents such as Sales Invoices, Acknowledgment Receipts, and Collection Receipts
• Process payment requests for suppliers and contractors
• Review and analyze employee reimbursements
• Prepare payment vouchers and encode transactions into the accounting system
• Organize and file accounting documents systematically
• Prepare Statements of Account and Collection Letters
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth financial operations
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and government requirements
• Recommend and participate in process improvements for better financial efficiency
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field (CPA is required)
• At least 34 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software
• Experience in tax compliance and statutory requirements
• Background in construction, hardware, or real estate industry is highly preferred
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and well-organized
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
