Social Media Associate, Quezon City

Job Description:

• Create, schedule, and publish content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Assist in developing content calendars and campaign ideas
• Monitor messages, comments, and reviews; respond professionally
• Track basic social media metrics and prepare simple performance reports
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promos and events
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform best practices
• Support photo/video shoots and basic editing when needed
• Applicants must be based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Good written communication skills
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
• Experience in F&B or retail brands is a plus
