Job Title: Accounting Personnel

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized Accounting Personnel to support our finance and accounting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in financial reporting.

• Prepare and process billing, invoices, and official receipts
• Monitors and process accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Record daily financial transactions in accounting system
• Assist in preparation of financial reports and schedules
• Monitor and follow up collections from clients
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
• Coordinate with operations regarding financial concerns
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related course
• At least 12 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Knowledge in basic accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
• Can work with minimal supervision
