Position: Purchase Specialists Officer (Q.C.)(One day hiring)

Industry: Distributor Company

Location: Morato, Quezon City

Salary: Php20,000-Php25,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Setup: On-site

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree holder

At least 12 years of experience in purchasing, spare parts handling, shipment, or importation (advantage)

Experience working in a distributor company, particularly in home appliances, is a plus

Amenable to attend face-to-face interviews

Can start as soon as possible

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle and process importation and shipment documents in compliance with regulations

Prepare, manage, and monitor DTI-related documentation, ensuring timely submission and renewal

Maintain accurate and updated records of purchases, deliveries, invoices, and supplier transactions

Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth procurement operations

Perform other purchasing and procurement-related tasks as assigned by management.
