Job Description of OSH Company Nurse

A company nurse is a registered nurse employed by a company or organization to provide healthcare services to its employees and promote overall health and well-being within the workplace. The primary responsibility of a company nurse is to address and manage employees' medical needs and provide first aid or initial medical attention in case of accidents or injuries that occur on the premises.

• Develop and implement health and safety programs.
• Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
• Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must hold a valid nursing license and be a registered nurse in the country of employment.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices and applicable laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
• Knowledge of basic medical procedures, first aid, and emergency response techniques.
• Excellent record-keeping abilities and attention to detail.
• PRC License
