HR Manager, Quezon City

• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to operations and support functions
• Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions including employee relations, performance management, engagement, and workforce planning
• Oversee HRIS data management, system optimization, and HR process improvements and innovations
• Drive compliance with labor laws, company policies, and BPO industry standards
• Lead and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of findings and risk mitigation
• Partner with Finance and leadership on budget planning, cost controls, and financial governance
• Manage HR financials, including OCSI-related cost monitoring and budget management as required by the business
• Handle complex employee relations cases and serve as the final escalation point
• Support change management initiatives and organizational development programs
• Prepare and present HR metrics, reports, and insights to senior leadership

• HRIS expertise, with strong exposure to data management, system optimization, and HR process innovation
• Financial acumen, including:

Strong knowledge of OCSI financial requirements

Good working understanding of budget management for VC or similar business units

• Compliance and audit management, including labor law compliance and BPO governance standards

• College graduate in any field; Human Resources or related course preferred
• 710 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with at least 57 years in a Manager capacity
• Mandatory experience in a BPO environment, with strong understanding of industry standards and practices
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities

• Strong analytical and reporting skills
