Position: Purchase Specialists (Q.C.)

Industry: Distributor Company

Location: Morato, Quezon City

Salary: Php20,000-Php25,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Setup: On-site

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree holder
• At least 12 years of experience in purchasing, spare parts handling, shipment, or importation (advantage)
• Experience working in a distributor company, particularly in home appliances, is a plus
• Amenable to attend face-to-face interviews
• Can start as soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and coordinate with reliable suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers when necessary
• Handle and process importation and shipment documents in compliance with regulations
• Prepare, manage, and monitor DTI-related documentation, ensuring timely submission and renewal
• Maintain accurate and updated records of purchases, deliveries, invoices, and supplier transactions
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth procurement operations
• Perform other purchasing and procurement-related tasks as assigned by management.
