Business Development Officer (for Mindanao), Quezon City

Job description:

(To be assigned at San Juan City, Manila)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders and business partners including corporate clients, contractors, architects, designers, engineers, local government units, business networks, associations, etc.
• Do client visits, presentations, and represent the company in general meetings of organizations where they can meet and greet the abovementioned designers.
• Make sure the Company products are endorsed and specified in the projects of these designers.
• Collaborate with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
• Meet with potential investors to present company offerings, create tailor-fit solutions, and negotiate business deals.
• Perform project management tasks by managing scope, schedule, and quality of the projects handled thus ensuring that needs and expectations of people involved in or affected by said projects are met.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Watch out for market trends that will be used as basis to develop plans that will increase prospects, networks, and partners for the Company.
• Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of Marketing, Mass Communication, or any business-related course.
• Must have sales/business development/marketing experience in Construction/Industrial/Manufacturing industry.
• Has a good communication skill (speaking and writing).
