DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports Human Resources processes by scheduling and conducting of interviews, perform new hire orientation, and maintaining records and information.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and support.
- Prepares timekeeping for payroll support.
- Maintaining accurate digital and physical files for hiring, terminations, leaves, and changes, ensuring confidentiality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 yrs relevant working experience.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Knowledgeable with recruitment tools and job boards.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and can time manage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
