Locations:

• Alorica Sta. Mesa: Mezza Residences, Aurora Boulevard, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines (SM Sta.Mesa)
• Alorica Marikina: Robinsons Supermarket Bluewave Marikina (Landmark)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries
• Resolve concerns and provide effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide technical support when needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience

Upon Hire:

• Retail account - Earn up to 19,500 package
