Job description:

  • Update delinquency monitoring files.
  • Prepare notices for delivery.
  • Request for payment needed for the distribution of notices via LBC, post mail and the like.
  • Call, text and/or email account/s delinquencies.
  • File and organize notices and documents involved in follow-up activities.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in related to Business Administration or Marketing Management.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience related to follow-up position
  • Driving Skills is an advantage.
  • Must be persuasive, tactful and professional in managing customers disputes relating to overdue payments
