Cadet Industrial Engineer, Quezon City

The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs across our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial engineering principles and a proven track record of implementing successful process improvements.

Candidates must have 0-1 years of industrial engineering experience with demonstrated understanding of process improvement implementation.

• Analyze existing production and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other industrial engineering methodologies.
• Design and optimize layouts for production facilities, warehouses, and other operational areas.
• Conduct time and motion studies to determine standard times and improve efficiency.

• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process efficiency.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
• Use statistical methods to analyze data and improve processes.

• Lead and manage process improvement projects.
• Develop project plans and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.

• Develop and implement quality control procedures.
• Identify and resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Evaluate workplace ergonomics and recommend improvements to enhance worker safety and comfort.
• Implement safety protocols and improvements.

• Identify and implement cost reduction strategies.
• Analyze material usage and waste to minimize costs.
• Develop and implement inventory control systems to optimize inventory levels.
