Versa Innovations Corp is looking for a Sales Solution Specialist who knows how to sell smartnot just hard. You'll take pre-qualified opportunities, run structured discovery, recommend the right solutions, close deals, and make sure customers succeed from day one.


Location: Cubao, Quezon City (Onsite)

Salary: $3$8/hr (based on skills & experience)

What You'll Do:

Solution Selling & Deal Advancement (60%)

  • Engage with sales-ready leads handed off from the qualification team
  • Run structured discovery to validate needs, use cases, and buying intent
  • Recommend the right devices, plans, and deployment strategies
  • Explain pricing, coverage, features, and operational value clearly
  • Handle objections and guide customers confidently toward a decision

Onboarding Readiness & Early Adoption (30%)

  • Set clear expectations for what happens after the sale
  • Coordinate onboarding and guide customers through initial setup
  • Support customers in their first 3060 days to ensure they're set up for success
  • Spot early upsell, expansion, or adjustment opportunities
  • Flag adoption risks or churn signals before they become problems

Sales Process & CRM Discipline (10%)

  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date (opportunities, solutions, deal status)
  • Follow defined sales stages, handoff templates, and documentation standards
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Fulfillment for smooth execution
  • Provide feedback on solution gaps, objections, and process improvements

Who We're Looking For:

  • 23 years of B2B sales, solution selling, or account management experience
  • Proven ability to close dealsnot just pass them along
  • Comfortable with structured discoveryyou ask the right questions to uncover real needs
  • Confident handling objectionsyou don't fold when prospects push back
  • Post-sale mindsetyou care about adoption and customer success, not just the close
  • CRM-savvySalesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms are second nature
  • Strong communicatoryou explain complex solutions in ways that make sense
  • Decisiveyou know when to push forward and when to walk away
