Job Requirements:
- College level or graduate (preferred)

- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication and negotiation skills

Job Responsibilities:
- Process purchase requests and purchase orders
- Coordinate with suppliers and request quotations
- Monitor deliveries and ensure timely receipt of items
- Check received items against purchase orders
- Maintain purchasing records and supplier files
- Coordinate with other departments for purchasing needs
