Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily barbershop operations and ensure smooth workflow
Monitor and maintain high standards of haircutting, grooming, and customer service
Schedule barbers and staff to ensure proper coverage during operating hours
Train, coach, and evaluate barbers on skills, hygiene, and customer handling
Ensure shop cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety standards
Handle customer concerns, feedback, and service recovery professionally
Monitor sales, services rendered, and daily cash/transaction reports
Assist in inventory control of tools, products, and supplies
Enforce company policies, grooming standards, and workplace discipline
Support promotions, upselling of grooming products, and customer retention programs

Qualifications

At least 12 years of experience as a barber or supervisory role in grooming or salon industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of haircutting techniques, grooming services, and hygiene standards
Customer-focused and detail-oriented
Basic knowledge of sales reporting and inventory management
