Position: CSR Trainer Specialist (Healthcare Account)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday

Salary: Php25,000-Php50,000 (Negotiable)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree holder
• A USRN is an advantage
• With 3-5 years clinical experience in training or educational role is a plus
• With at least 1-2 years of experience in healthcare account
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Training Development: Design and develop instructional materials and guides tailored to various clinical roles; assess training needs in collaboration with clinical leadership.
• Training Delivery: Conduct interactive in-person and virtual training sessions and workshops; facilitate hands-on learning for new technologies, procedures, and protocols.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; adjust content and delivery based on results and evolving clinical practices.
• Collaboration: Partner with clinical leaders, department heads, and subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and compliance standards; integrate best practices with the Clinical Quality Assurance team.
• Ongoing Support: Provide post-training mentorship and guidance to reinforce skills and knowledge; stay current on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in clinical practices.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and assessment outcomes; generate reports with insights to support continuous improvement.
