The Franchise Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting franchise operations to ensure consistency, profitability, and compliance with company standards. This role focuses on franchise development, operational excellence, relationship management, and business growth across all franchise locations.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Manage and support franchisees to ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and operational procedures
• Monitor franchise performance and analyze sales, financial reports, and operational metrics
• Provide guidance, coaching, and ongoing support to franchisees to improve business performance
• Coordinate franchise onboarding, training, and development programs
• Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to ensure quality and consistency
• Collaborate with internal departments on marketing initiatives, promotions, and expansion strategies
• Address operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed
• Assist in franchise expansion, renewal, and contract compliance
• Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and act as the primary point of contact

Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise management, operations, or business development
• Strong understanding of franchise operations, business processes, and compliance standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-management skills
• Proven ability to analyze financial and operational data
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Willingness to travel to franchise locations as required
