Job Requirement

• Open to candidates without a bachelors degree
• Minimum of 23 years BPO / call center experience
• Willing to work on a rotational schedule
• Open to face-to-face interviews when required
• Willing to complete onsite training

Job Responsibility:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Process refunds, returns, cancellations, and adjustments according to company policies.
