Description

Purchasing Duties:

Source and evaluate suppliers for quality, price, and delivery time.

Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) based on approved requests.

Negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure best pricing and value.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with branch staff.

Maintain an accurate and updated list of vendors and price lists.

Ensure all purchases are properly documented and comply with internal policies


Logistics Duties:

Coordinate with drivers, couriers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries.

Schedule and track shipments or deliveries across branches.

Monitor and verify deliveries to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Handle product returns, exchanges, or damaged goods with suppliers.

Maintain delivery and receiving logs or documentation for audits.


Administrative Duties:

Assist in weekly or monthly inventory reconciliation with the central office or branches.

Submit regular reports to the supervisor/ manager regarding purchases and deliveries.

Collaborate with branch managers to fulfill urgent logistics or supply needs

Support cost-saving initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in the purchasing or delivery process.

Assist in developing the purchasing and logistic process.

Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager
