Paid Media Specialist, Quezon City

As our Paid Media Buyer, youll lead the planning, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTokfocused on conversions, lead generation, and brand growth. Youll work closely with creatives and strategists to translate business goals into data-backed media strategies for clients across food, wellness, and startup sectors.

• Build, manage, and scale paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Handle monthly ad budgets starting at 10K15K, optimizing for ROAS and lead cost
• Strategically target and retarget audiences aligned with each brands goals
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce scroll-stopping ad creatives
• Monitor performance and optimize daily (bidding, placement, copy, creative, targeting)
• Track conversions using Meta Pixel, UTM tagging, GA4, and other tools
• Present regular performance reports with insights and scaling recommendations

• At least 2 years of experience in paid ads/media buying
• Proven experience in e-commerce ad campaign management with clear ROAS improvements
• Strong track record with lean-budget campaigns (especially under 20K/month)
• Ability to optimize for CPL, ROAS, CTR, GMV MAX and lead quality
• Fluent in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and bonus if familiar with TikTok Ads (GMV MAX)
• Hands-on knowledge of GA4, Pixel setup, e-commerce event tracking, and funnel optimization
• Experience working with startup brands, food businesses, or franchise models is a plus
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with confident decision-making on ad spend
