Responsibilities:

• Providing crucial support to the sales team by managing documents (contracts, invoices, reports)
• Coordinating logistics (deliveries, test drives)
• Handling customer inquiries, monitoring sales KPIs, and
• Ensuring smooth communication
• Communication skills to keep sales operations efficient and customer-focused

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
• At least one year experience in sales support or administration
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Willing to be assigned at Toyota Commonwealth
