Description
  • Maintain accurate employee records related to grievances, disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and employee movements.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, complaints, and grievances while protecting both employee welfare and company interests.
  • Promote healthy employee relations and foster a supportive and compliant work environment.
  • Provide guidance and advice to managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary cases and extraordinary situations.
  • Draft show-cause memoranda, monitor timely submission of employee responses, and prepare documentation for disciplinary proceedings.
  • Attend employee conferences and hearings, prepare minutes of meetings, and ensure proper documentation and sign-off.
  • Review employee infractions and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions for management approval and implementation.
  • Monitor, validate, and approve employee attendance, leave, and Daily Time Records (DTRs).
  • Process timekeeping and coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate payroll computation, including final pay for separated employees.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, payslips, attendance, and leave.
  • Administer and monitor government-mandated benefits including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund, and ensure compliance with BIR requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point person for all government reporting, audits, and compliance matters.
  • Liaise with government agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and NLRC as required.
  • Handle employee loan applications and compensation-related concerns.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and benchmarking of compensation and benefits programs aligned with company policies and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety and security regulations.
  • Participate in NLRC mandatory conferences and labor-related proceedings when necessary.
